I was trying to get a room for myself , my husband AND our wife. As you see there are 3 of us. Sybaris does not allow our relationship type to stay in their rooms. They only cater to relationships with 2 people.

Cancelation fee

Even after giving a weeks notice. I was charged a $30 cancelation fee! I'm a frequent visitor of the Downers Grove location. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Wtf

They put me in a room that I shouldn’t been in
