The workouts are great. If this was just an app you could utilize on your journey, without the constant nagging from employees, it would be a big win.

I am in remission from Breast Cancer, but still have a few more surgeries to go. I am trying to be active in between, but there are times when my DOCTORS and SURGEONS have asked me to NOT workout. You can tell this to Sword employees over and over and they will still call and text every time you a few sessions. It's aggressive to the point of feeling bullied.

It made me not want to work out with them even when I could just to spite them for being awful. They have no remorse when I explain for the 1000****th time that there are times I am physically unable to use this. They even cancelled on me during one of my recovery months.

Ridiculous. They don't care about you, they care about the numbers of sessions they get you to complete.

Both were locking up while they worked. Ordered replacements and tried to used the iPhone app, but it kept locking up. Received the new tablet, but now I cant remember my password and it locked me out.

Sending all this mess back to them. What a miserable experience.

Stop the Annoying phone calls

I have been receiving annoying phone calls for the last three months. I finally found out where they come from, and it is you.

You need to stop not only because I can sue you since I am on the do not call list, but also not make 27 phone calls a day.

I don't want the service and I do not qualify. I hope this is clear because calling from robots or people so many times is that they are stealing your money and ticking me off.

Bad ..doesn’t work.

It is just bad does not work. I suspect manned by AI.

They answer questions faster than anyone can type 30 words per second?? The tablet requires a large room and does not detect your movements very well. The score does not make any sense and the app does not tell you what you supposedly did wrong.

that is all what else can I say. It is worthless

No, I was physically and emotionally injured by their non-working equipment and frustration with not being able to get the problems resolved. I don’t want to return the equipment because others may be injured as i was!

I’m on my own to resolve the injuries they caused! Hopefully someone else will be able to stop them from injuring others like they did to me!

I suffered injuries during participation in this program. The equipment did not work properly and requests to resolve the problems were not addressed successfully.

When equipment was sent back, I would receive the wrong equipment and then start over. My condition was getting worse because the equipment was not properly registering movements. After the transfer to maintenance, I was assigned to a physical therapist who only worked until 1pm. She was caring for a baby during our meeting.

Another therapist would message me in the middle of the night at approximately 4am.

The frustration with being unable to get issues resolved caused severe anxiety. I would rate zero stars if possible,
