SWK Technologies Is The Worst Decision Our Company Ever Made
- - We wouldn't recommend SWK after 3 months.
- - Staff were rude; delays due to their mistakes.
- - Consultants did not understand our business; ERP faulty.
After a 3 months of working with SWK Technologies we would not recommend them. The SWK Technologies staff is rude.
The SWK Technologies customer service is less desireable and the project was delayed due to countless of mistakes on their end. The SWK Technologies consultants simply did not understand our business and the SWK Technologies ERP system still did not run right.
We were duped by SWK Technologies into believing it would be an easy process and it was riddled with delays and defects. Defect after defect and SWK Technologies could still not get it right.
