Order not going through

Put order in twice. Cart emptied each time. Have no idea if order went through. And if course there is no customer service except by sending an email which sucks!!! Naomi Waters

Fraudulent Returns Strategy

Having returned a full order #533**** due to miss characterized website finishes (and following their policy to place another full replacement order for another finish, I was provided only a partial credit of half the amount of original order claiming that several items were not included in the return shipment. This is an absolutely false claim - everything was returned save one switch plate I tried to salvage. No phones are answered, no response from customer service is made, no response to emails have been received. Next step, poor reviews, BBB and their local Chamber of Commerce.

User's recommendation: Good business concept, but poorly executed to engender repeat business. Don't trust web images, Don't trust return policy - Very suspicious business practices. AVOID!
