Swiss Outpost failed to honor repair agreement

Being a fan of my Wenger watch, when my son-in-laws birthday rolled around and he needed a new watch, I ordered a Wenger from Swiss Outpost. A month later, the watch stopped working. Numerous calls to their 800 number (which is a recording only) failed to garner a return call. I then left a message for their president, Peter Adler; again nothing. I then posted a review and had a email from MR. Adler, asking that I remove the review and they would reimburse me the $15.00 fee for repair. I removed the review and ....nothing! Again, several emails to Mr. Adler failed to be answered or acknowledged. The $15 will not change my life, however, this extremely poor service and lack of commitment to servicing customers is something potential customers should know about, especially as we're in the Christmas/Holiday shopping season.
