I asked when they open for the public and I was talked down to like I was trash, and threatened by the employee there. Swinks deals with mad customers who had their car impounded.

They should be trained on how to deal with the public. Threatening me only exacerbated the mood and I wasn't able to come get my personal belongings because I was afraid I would use the little *** as a pinata. Horrible customer service. "White Trash" attitude and never even answered my original question as to when they opened.

I had to leave so I wouldn't do something I might regret. Unneeded *** Dave's towing all the way now!

Yes, a visit from the police would've been a hassle and expensive, agreed, but I did not deserve to be treated that way for showing up to make a payment and get my belongings! Swinks handled it poorly.

Period. It's sad that in the comment above, they judged me as somebody who wouldn't pay my fees appropriately based on my review. Maybe I wasn't clear.Swinks had bad customer service period. I am not a piece of trash.

Swinks is - for not honoring a customer's request and threatening me.The person making the above comment has issues for getting so upset over a review, bashing a pissed customer's character, and assuming it's their fault without knowing all the facts.

You don’t get to co-opt bad behavior and try to justIcy a poor attitude based on circumstances happening to you. The person at the lot has nothing to do with what happened to you.

They don’t need training because you and others are mad. Too bad for you. You show up, humble with your payment and act like you’re dealing with your priest. FAFO.

He’s not gonna play around with you.

A call to police will cost you possible lost time at work and definitely more fees added to get your car back. What a piece of garbage you are.
