Resolved: Lack of profiles and interest
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They did nothing and I moved on.
End of story.
I will never use their dating platforms again. Total waste of money.
never will I use any platform to promote myself again. This is just to warn and educate the rest of you.
I try to contact this website for more information about this and nothing. I spent money on this site for nothing. Yet now I cannot even collect what should have come back to me. What a load of bologna it seems.
I received no emails from anyone I sent out to. Not even the ones who supposedly liked me. So I decided to make a post on my own birthday about me, waited 12 hours and then when nothing. No one responded that day, not even the website saying happy birthday to me.
I deleted the profile, canceled my card, and said whatever! I removed my profiles from all social media accounts. Figured no one needs to get to know how great of a person I really am anymore.
You can all just forget about me! Yet I am still getting emails because people are signing up because of my profile link.

Fraudulent Invoicing
Youd have to pay $59.90 for 3 months of services and then they would invoice that amount twice 2 days apart
On Day 3 , youd go to their app to access their services and before anything could be done , they would be requesting another payment of $59.90 via card . And you couldnt do what the first $59.90 told you that you could do for 3 months
Then a customer service agent asked what number I was told to call that was associated.
with my account !
When I gave them the number , They said that number wasnt theirs. I responded , do you realize that you answered the number given in the payment detail?
to the charge again I remind you I got

They kept billing me for *Months* after I canceled.
I signed up to Swingtowns for a brief period. After I found it wasn't what I was looking for, I canceled my membership.
However that didn't stop them from billing for seven or eight months afterward.
I had to call their billing services provider to finally cancel. I will check to see whether it was indeed canceled; I don't trust any party involved frankly.
DO NOT USE SWINGTOWNS, THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE.
They owe me at least $210.

I used to be a member of swingsetown and had a couple bad experiences so I deleted my account Through The Years tried other things found out the swing towns was by far one of the better ones just had a weed out all the bad but try to get back on with a new email address and it refused it I would like to join again
