MY SON WANTED ME TO HAVE THE BEST SO HE PURCHASED ME THE SWINGLINE 60 X SHREDDER. THAT BY FAR IS THE WORST PIECE OF JUNK THAT SWINGLINE HAS EVER MADE.

EVERY TIME I TRIED TO USE IT IT EITHER WOULDNL'T WORK OR THE PAPER JAMMED. I REALLY NEED A SHREDDER SO I HAD TO RESORT TO THE 29.95 SHREDDER IN MY HUSBAND'S OFFICE. HOW COULD YOU PUT SUCH A PIECE OF JUNK ON THE MARKET. IT SIMPLY WON'T WORK.

I AM TAKING IT OUT OF MY OFFICE TODAY AND PURCHASING A NEW SHREDDER. IA MA SURE YOU ARE SUCH A LARGE COMPANY THAT YOU WON'T DO ANYTHING, BUT MARK MY WORDS I WILL LET IT BE KNOWN WHAT A BAD PRODUCT WAS PURCHED FOR ME.

I COULDN'T RETURN BECAULD THE STORE I BOUGHT IT FROM CLOSED. I HAVE THE STAPLER AND OTHER PRODUCTS OF YOURS AND THEY WORK FINE BUT NOT THIS PIECE OF JUNK.

I bought 3 nee staplers for my classroom. They all broke the first week.

Anticipating school to start I purchased 3 really nice swingline staplers. A pink one.

A purple one, and a blue one. They are all shiny and nice looking. The first time I used the blue one it broke. The first week I used the pink one it broke and the first week I used the purple one it broke.

I am shocked. I looked for swingline because I believe it to be quality products.

Please tell me I'm right. Stand behind your products and replace themreplace

They no longer have the manual for the electric staple gun I have, and refused to tell me what size staples it takes. They are so not helpful and don't care about the customers

I Bought A 7-Hole Paper Punch But Received a 3-Hole Punch That Required Me To Pay More For the Add-Ins Than I Did For The Punch

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Swingline - I Bought A 7-Hole Paper Punch But Received a 3-Hole Punch That Required Me To...

I bought a Seven (7) hole paper punch to fit a specific binder that I own, with the vendor's website being a virtual copy of the description of the paper punch as being a "7-Hole" paper punch, and the factory (manufacturer) packaging box SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED THE PRODUCT AS BEING A "7-HOLE PAPER PUNCH". In fact, there was no notice, nor was their any advisory in either of the websites, manufacturer's website, indicating that what they were selling was a three (3) Hole Punch that had openings for an additional four (4) punch components at a price ~ 3.5x the list price for the product [Item: A707****] itself, meaning an the product, even at its discount price will still ending up costing me ~3x the list price for the item.

No, I have not discussed it with the vendor, as every time I call them during the hours listed on their website, someone answers the phone number but then says that there is no one there who can address product issues with that division of the company so call back and try again later on. Note that I have not included the vendor in this complaint, the reason being that the vendor has done all of the right things, and could not get mfr.'s to address the issue. There is a copy of the review of the product that I have posted to both the vendor's, and Swingline's website as well. In as I will still have the Binder, which works well only when used with the prepunched 7-hole diary pages produced by the vendor.

Unfortunately there does not seem to be enough room in this block to include it in its entirety, however, I would be more than willing share it with you at your request. Apparently, Swingline expects me to pay an addition amount exceeding $200.00, to make the 7-hole paper punch that they advertise, and based on communications with the vendor's rep. I was told that the vendor was under the impression that they were selling a complete 7-hold punch, as described by the manufacturer both on their website, and on the packaging of the product itself, not a 3-hole punch the "could be expanded to be a 7-hole punch at a cost of ($200.00 or more), not to mention the need for me to figure out how to install the "extra" punches to finish the shipped product off so as to make it the product that the manufacturer had represented to both their retailer (vendor), and to the customer.

If only someone could convince Swingline to "do the right thing" and just send me the extra 4-hole punch inserts so that I actually have a 7-hole punch. All that I really want out of this entire deal is just get what I paid for, a 7-Hole paper punch, NOT a 3-hole paper punch that can be converted to the 7-hole paper punch at a cost to the consumer of ~$200.00.
