Tech support for prestige dtf setup
Setup of the machine with shaker and dryer. No real instruction manuals. Is the scan app legitimate to set the machine up?

filI ordered my prestige dtf printer September 2022. It was processed through Affirm on October 3rd.
I received my printer in November. Upon arrival, the printer was not working properly. After submitting a ticket and going through multiple trouble shooting techniques, I was sent a replacement printer. It took approximately a little over a week to receive.
Upon arrival, it worked well and I was able to get some prints accomplished. In February, I begin to have printing issues, even after doing the daily required maintenance. I put in a ticket for help. After multiple trouble shooting, it was suggested that I replaced the printhead.
They said they would send the printhead, but I would have to pay $50 for rush delivery. I replaced the printhead and the printer began to work. I then began to have red flashing lights to occur during printing. The remedy to this was to shut the printer down and restart the printer.
The printer would print fine. The issue with this that it would happen during mid-print and it waste ink and film. Also, you never knew when the issue may occur. One time it happened after the 3rd print.
Another time it happened after the 6th print. I put in a work order ticket. The technician immediately said that the printer would have to be replaced. I then asked for a refund.
I was told that a member of management would get in contact with me, but yet no one has. If they send me another printer, this would be my 3rd printer since November. In addition, the printer weights almost 70lbs. it has to be lifted and placed in a crate.
Lastly, my warranty ends in oct/nov. Once it done, I have nothing to fix the printer. Also, I have wasted a ton of materials trying to trouble shoot...
