Can't get a refund on the purchase
- Received items and tried to return 2, wasting time.
- An email gave a website to start the return.
- The order number entered shows as non-existent.
Received my items, decided to return just 2 items. Got an email giving me a website to go to to start the process.
First thing they as is what's the order number. I keyed that number in and i get a response of "that number does not exist. I order because they had a return policy.
I have wasted so much time trying to get this return started, but I can't get any further. furn

This company would not communicate where to return the items, send a label, or give a refund and seemed to drag it out until the time frame had passed. In the end after a lengthy fight, PayPal refunded the money.
My advice is purchase Made in the USA items. No more cheap Chinese crap for me :)
I bought 3 bikinis and 2 tankinis from this site. It shows Chicfinos in paypal but it is actually swimsunny.com.
They were so small, I don't think they would fit my 10 yr old granddaughter. There is no breast coverage and one of the tops does not have the clasp to fasten in the back- it was not attached when it arrived July 10th. I sent an email to the email listed in PayPal asking for a return label but got no response. I contacted their customer service through the original website- swimsunny.com and have been getting the run-around.
They want me to prove they are too small. I even attached their return policy and emails for PayPal's dispute. It says I can get a refund if returned within 15 days, but they will not give an address or shipping label. I asked them also in the original email to cancel the rest of the order but they shipped it about 3 or 4 days later.
Now PayPal has denied my claim!
I cannot believe this company is allowed to do business in the USA! From now on- BUY AMERICAN!
