I wanted to purchase a swimsuit from Modlily back in March 2019. However the purchase went through before I even clicked on anything and as I read I would not receive the merchandise for my vacation in time so I changed my mind.
I immediately went to cancel this order and saw that it had already gone through.
I wrote and email to stop the payment but the payment had already been made. I have not received any product from this purchase. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried to explain to the live chat person everything but he hung up and my problem was not resolved and my money wasn’t refunded. We ordered 4 bathing suits and we ended up receiving 3 and the other main issue was that one of the bathing suits was broken and I even sent pictures of it to the romew employee I was chatting with.
Please help me resolve my issue and refund me back for the broken bathing suit and the missing one. If you can’t solve it I will contact BBB or a lawyer to solve it for us.

This company is a joke anybody that uses it will be taken for all their money. I ordered 4 bathing suit’s send them all back via they’re completely effed up return system have a receipt from the USPS that they received the item and still no refund almost a month later...

i just revived my swimsuit today and it’s terrible. it is way to tight there no way anyone could fit it, also the color is not that same as the picture it is false advertising.
i would really like my money back or something. thanks.

Ordered 2 bathing suits-one fits other was damaged upon arrival and cannot be worn. Refund on site and live chat is not live but only prewritten questions.
Need to return damaged bathing suit. What is the next step?

I returned two swim suit bottoms and one swim suit top to Title Nine last year without using their pre-printed shipping label, using USPS, and they claimed they never received it. When I called them they said they'd look into it but I never heard back.
Unbelievable. When I mentioned this to my sister she said the same thing had happened to her!!
This has never happened to me before with a mail-order return. I will NEVER EVER order from them again.
