Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They asked me to return both unworn swimsuits and offer me a refund !.
The merchandise and shipping to me was great, but need to have someone to answer the phone and also respond to the emails !
I have tried repeatedly since 10/4 to reach out to get an RMA # for this return and haven't gotten a response by phone or email!

Return label request but never sent

Still unresolved
I was shorted two size 34 female suits on original order. I order my suite in Oct 27 but order was not placed.
Called rep(Ben or Beni) he apologized and drop shipped order.on 11/13. When order arrived I was short two size 34 female suits. I called twice sent PO, quote and packing slip.
I did not receive those suites until Dec 11 or so. I have requested a return label several times since then to no avail.
- I was very satisfied and use your company exclusively when isabelle
- New rep has not solved the issue
- Issue on going for 4 months
