Pennzoil Swift Oil Change scam in Naples Florida

In short, Pennzoil Swift Oil Change of Naples Florida on Tamiami Trail (not Pine Ridge Road) drained my oil before giving me an estimate or letting me talk to someone regarding an oil change and then charged me $99.58 to replace the oil of their choice! They did honor the $5 off coupon, but charged me for a filter that was supposed to be included. I was told that the filter for my Lexus RX 350 was "special" so they had to charge me. While arguing with one of the three technicians another women drove in, had her oil drained before she was even out of the car. Three male technicians, one women with an oil drained car. Totally taken advantage of!!
