Bought a foam mattress, not a highbrid, on New Years Day 2024. In the photos below you can see the mattress I assumed I purchased which has zero springs.

The site says you will get a shipping confirmation within 24 hours if you purchased on a weekend or a holiday.

By Wednesday having not received a shipping conversation I reached out to Customer Service.

First of all, their customer service is not located in the United States, Im not sure where they are but more than likely the Philippines.

It takes them 12 hours to respond to you.

I also called the 800 number in which they said we have no operators available.

Eventually the mattress shipped, FedEx did not bring the package to my door he left the 200 pound mattress downstairs, pic..had to hire someone to bring it upstairs, $75 then when we opened it up it was a hybrid not a foam.

This was a nightmare purchase from the beginning

First of all the money went to Dublin Ireland not to Delaware where they are incorporated Co. not located in the United States so beware.

I have asked for a return and refund I will update it if that goes through without a hitch.

Oh, and lo and behold the mattress I paid over $500 for this morning seven days later is $150 cheaper.

$75
