Original review Apr 22, 2024
Hello Mona,
This an adenddum to the e-mail communication with you on Jun 29, 2023 at 2:38 p.m.
With regards to Mazda CX-7 2007 (VIN # JM3ER293870****44) purchased from you (for $5565) including cost of inspection on the May 6, 2023.
Please review your endorsement of sections j, h, and i of the Vehicle History Written Declaration, and vehicle inspection by George Richter on May 6, 2023.
I can now confirm that the inspection carried out by your inspector (George Richter) on deliberatly withheld information on the true details of the vehicles engine (i.e., Mazda CX-7 2007 (VIN # JM3ER293870****44).
As indicated by Mazda Lethbridge diagnosis (attached), the R&R Timing Chain, VVT Actuator & Related Components 7.0 was infact damaged, and a safety risk. This information was communicated to you via a phone call and an e-mail evidence of which is available.

Your response was that you will pay $500 towards the repair of said component or I should return the Mazda refered to as 'the vehicle' in subsequent mention) to you for exchange with another vehicle. I choose the former option since driving 'the vehicle' down to Edmonton was not safe.
However, when the ordered repair parts arrived and upon entry by the technician into the affected engine area, it was established that the timing chain had cut through the engine block rendering the vehicle's engine block irreparable. This information was communicated to you to which you said you could only consider a vehicle change if the Mazda can driven to you. Since 'the vehicle' was in an undrivable state, the vehicle was towed to your lot in Edmonton on March 15, 2024.
You were contacted over the phone to inform you on the arrival of the vehicle, keys, fob and documents to your premises.

You acknowledged the arrival of the vehicle with assessories via phone conversation with you.
You said to contact your mechanic to see if an engine could be found to replace the existing one. Your mechanic was contacted but never responded to which you were made aware. You promised to speak with your mechanic and get back to me but never did.
After repeated and failed attempts to get you on the phone, 2 weeks later, when you eventually picked my call, you informed me that you were closing down your car dealership and had sold it off to another entity. You wanted to come remove the vehicle from your lot or it will be impounded.
When my daughter arrived at your office to understand your threat, you were not at the lot.

She was directed to where you now are at, and on bring up the matter, you denied you were Mona (claiming to be Grace or Rachel). You however admitted to being Mona when I identified you by voice, since I was listening in to the conversation from Lethbridge.
Secondly, I can also confirm to you that the Carfax report you produced on May 6, 2023 deliberately left out the months of March - May, 2023 which should indicate the last visit/entry details of the vehicle into the Carfax system.
I would like you to consider that you were aware you sold to me a defective/milleage altered vehicle on May 6 2023, and bear full responsibility for a full refund.

This is therefore, an advance notice that I will esterblish responsibility for damages done to me by these deceitful and deliberate action to a client who meant well but was dubbed.
Thanks
Dr. Mel Aloysius
