DO NOT USE THIS BAKERY !!!!!! I ordered a cake last Friday 9/27/2019 for my husband's 65 birthday to be picked up today 10/01/2019 at 10:00AM.
I deliberately waited an extra hour today till 11:00AM to give this bakery time to have it ready. Arrived today and NO CAKE, COULD NOT LOCATE THE ORDER TICKET, and DID NOT HAVE A CLUE as to my order. The "manager" starred at me as if he did not know what to do. He went to the back and finally found the ring notebook on which my order was written.
The other employees in the back did not help with trying to determine what had happened to my order. Having to wait 2 days to get my money back because of the buffoon incompetence of this bakery. I don't know who actually owns this place but this bakery deserves to go out of business. This was a disaster for me so my wishes are for this place to go out of business immediately.
I guess if you order cakes for a three year old it goes along with the attitude that lives at this place. When I placed this order I could see there were people wearing the bakery shirt laughing cutting up and having a grand old time in the right corner of the room. I should have known that this place was being run by incompetent *** that had no management or business skills. Sure enough that what I got today incompetence.
I know lots of people in this area and I will be sure each one gets a warning from me not to use this place. THANKS FOR NOTHING.
Hopefully you will go out of business very soon. No apology you could offer will make up for your incompetence.
