Sweet and Sassy

I make an appointment and they cancel the same day of the appointment the second time.

They gave me a new one when I arrive to my appointment were no people there for an appointment or such, and they told me that no one can do the haircut and they didnt call me to cancel or renewd because they said that no one can do my childs haircut.

8/1 we had an appointment at Sweet and Sassy Polaris Mall Columbus, Ohio. When we got there the girl at the desk had no record of the appointment.

Despite this, she was able to "fit us in" although it wasn't even busy.

The haircut was done well and the girl cutting my granddaughter's hair was pleasant.

Before we left, we made an appointment for my granddaughter to come back on 8/3 to get her ears pierced.

8/3 we arrived for the appointment, again no record but they would "fit us in."

The girl who was going to do the ear piercing was clearly annoyed that my daughter didn't want the most expensive earrings. She said (I KID YOU NOT) "I don't care if you get cheap earrings, I don't care if her ears get infected, just don't come back to me in a week and tell me!"

We of course left without getting my granddaughter's ears pierced there!

This is terrible customer service!

Intimidation and threatening is not how to run a business.

8/4 my daughter called to voice her concerns and was told the young lady who said all of that was the owner! What kind of business is she running?

I would not recommend Sweet and Sassy POLARIS MALL to anyone!

Monday 8/1/22 we had a scheduled appointment for my granddaughter's haircut at Sweet and Sassy Polaris Mall in Columbus, Ohio. When we got there, the girl at the desk had no information of my daughter's call to schedule the appointment!

They said they would "fit us in" but honestly the place was empty. My granddaughter got her haircut and we scheduled ear piercing for Wednesday 8/3/22.

On arrival on Wednesday for the ear piercing, again they had no record or appointment scheduled. The young lady said she'd "fit us in!

She discussed what earrings to buy and was forcing my daughter to buy high priced earrings. My daughter was asking questions while her 8 year excitedly waited for her ear piercing!

The girl who was to do the piercing actually raised her voice and said "I don't care what you buy.

I don't care if your daughter's ears get infected! Just don't come back in a week and tell me they are infected!" Needless we left Sweet and Sassy to find a different place to pierce my granddaughter's ears!

This story is so wrong on so many levels: terrible scheduling, and non existent customer service!

It turns out the girl who said all this was the owner!

I plan on notifying the Better Business Bureau of these events! I also will write a review on the website to let others know NOT to go to Sweet and Sassy at Polaris Mall!

Horrible customer service! Called and left 2 voicemails and 2 emails and no calls back. Was told by rude staff, "we do not have email or respond to Facebook!!" Will never go here again.

The place seemed cute, we had an appointment to get my daughter's hair cut for her birthday. A stylist named Jenna did it.

My daughter is 7, she was still the whole time and the stylist commended her for being so good. When we got home I realized her whole hair cut was crooked. One side was noticeably longer and the back looked extremely choppy. We didn't realize it when we were there probably because Jenna braided her hair so it was not noticeable until the braid came out.

I had to take her to my stylist to get it evened out.

I wouldn't suggest going there. All the stylists seemed very unprofessional, young and seemed to lack the basic education needed to do a simple cut.
