I purchased a gazebo from this company for nearly $5,000 and received a damaged product. From the moment I reported the issue, the company has been evasive and unprofessional.

Despite repeated attempts to contact them, their only response has been vague promises that they would "fix it." Over three months have passed, and they have done nothing meaningful to resolve the situation.

What they did provide was an insult: a small amount of paint in a repurposed Great Value sour cream cup, expecting me to fix the damage myself on a 10x12 structure. This is completely unacceptable.

The owners have been rude, argumentative, and dismissive, showing no accountability or concern for customer satisfaction.

I expected professionalism and support when spending this kind of money instead, Ive been ignored and strung along.

I strongly urge others to think twice before purchasing from this company. Their lack of customer service and refusal to take responsibility for delivering a damaged product is inexcusable.
