The quality went down hill
SB used to be my favourite sportswear company, I loved it as well because it was UK based. But since ti was taken over by an American company the quality of the clothes has really went downhill.
I purchased new leggings last week and after just 2 uses (yes 2 used) the seam has opened at the back, which I was teaching ac loads of new students showing them. I feel so embarrassed and let down.
They also used to give fitness professionals 30% off sale, but in September last year they took the discount of us. so now there isn't anything about this company what is good anymore. All the money you sound goes to US, the quality is *** Yet to know how is the customer service ice and what is going to happen with my faulty products.
DO NOT BOTHER with this company anymore. They posted lost last year, and I feel there will be more losses as we go along because us fitness intrsuctors are turning our back on this company since loyalty isn't rewarded anymore.

I have been trying to exchange a top since Christmas and I just cannot get any service from them. All I receive are emails with returns numbers and apologies 'They are very busy'.
I need to exchange a Christmas present (I received two identical tops) I have tried and tried and have still not received a returns label. All I get is emails with a returns ID number but no labels.
I have complained twice to customers services and first they asked for photographs of the top and said they would then send a returns label. NOTHING happened I then complained again and this time they asked for my address so they could print out a returns label and NOTHING has been sent. What do you have to do? This top cost £60.
They are rip off artists. I am a Personal Trainer and I have bought lots of their equipment but i will never buy from them or reccomend them to anyone.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I wrote to Sweaty Betty a few times.
In the end they issued the refund. But they don't have any phone number you can call or any way of contacting them other than by email.
You have to be prepared for a very long wait. The staff in the shops can't help.
