Verified BuyerDreadful repair and warranty . They are a rip off
- - Arrived missing drain, overflow, and manual.
- - Warranty/repair was poor; staff rude.
- - They required videos and refused repair; we paid for plumber.
As I bought through Home Depot , they decided to agree with the terrible customer service and refund some of my incurred due to manufacturer fault , my extra costs , such as a new set of professional plumbers to undo the install , take videos of the bath faulty parts . Have the missing parts made by hand as they are not a standard size here , have repairs to the wall knocked down that lay open as the delivery arrived months late etc .
Thank goodness Home Depit cares about its customers and reputation . SWcorp was the polar opposite .
The warranty and repair from manufacturer are appalling . Repair dept is rude and self serving . Lied about receiving emails etc .
Unaccountable , cost us thousands to get a professional plumber to figure out the defects as they insisted we send several videos with the bath taken apart and even the they refused to repair .Buy from a more reputable manufacturer and avoid the damaged floors from leaks, lousy delivery and shocking customer service . They even refused to accept Home Depot receipt as proof of purchase Run !

Verified ReviewerCutting of top glass door rod.
- - User has a 48-inch Anzzi glass shower door and needs to shorten the top rail by 1.75 inches, asking which end to cut or split the difference.
I have the 48 inch Anzzi thick glass shower door. My shower measurements require I shorten the top rail bar by an inch a three quarter, my question is which end do I cut, split the difference and cut .75 off each end or what?
Preferred solution: Answer to technical question
Poor quality, terrible customer service
- - Two Anzzi towers had defects; 3 parts replaced in 10 months.
- - Parts were sent wrong and SKU delays; there was no follow-up.
I have had NOTHING but trouble with 2 Anzzi shower towers. There have been multiple parts that were defective in both units and I have been fighting with this company for 10 months to get 3 parts replaced.
The customer service reps are all very nice and assure me that they are taking care of the problem and it will be resolved and that they will call me back as soon as they know when parts will ship. I have NEVER heard back from ANY one of them in regards to ship dates. Not Rafael, not Marvin, not Angie, not John, not Kenny. NEVER.
First, they sent the wrong part. I got back in touch with them on MARCH 10, 2022 (Today is 10/28/22) to tell them they sent the wrong part. I finally got the right part in September, but I still did not receive the other 2 (2 of the same parts). They told me they could not order the parts because they did not have a sku number, they only had a part number.
They said they had to create a sku number. No one did that. A month later I called back, they said the same thing. Today, I FINALLY got the other shipment and there was only 1 of the needed parts, not 2 of them.
And it turns out that they ordered the part by part number (not sku number), which we had all along. I have spent HOURS on the phone and called more than a dozen times. They all say they're going to take care of the problem. It is unbelievable.
It is either utter incompetence or willful run around.
If you order anything from them, I hope that you have no problems with the product. If you do, you are likely in for MONTHS of aggravation.
Preferred solution: the right parts and straight answers without my having to call incessantly
User's recommendation: Do not buy from this company
Crap company
- - Tub arrived with missing parts and no faucet holes.
- - Customer support was unhelpful.
- - Elderly parents bought the tub without researching.
Stay away from this company. I have had *** with the bath tub and customer support.
Missing parts, no holes for faucet/handles, I was told we have to hire a licensed plumber to drill holes in tub (more cost).
My elderly parents bought this tub without doing research. This company should be shut down.
- Poor customer service
- Broken and missing parts
User's recommendation: Don't buy from them.
Swcorp terrible company
- - It took nearly three months with delays to get a tub.
- - The wrong tub was sent; refund took 30 days.
It took nearly three months of frustration to finally give up hope that I would get my tub. First they sent the wrong tub.
Then they wouldn't send correct tub until they received the wrong tub. It took three weeks for the shipper to pick up the wrong tub. It took 11 more days for
it to arrive at swcorp. Then.
They said the new tub was not yet on "production".
It took 30 days on a wrong order for a refund to our credit card.
We were constantly lied to. If complained, the customer support person would hang up.
Terrible experience
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
User's recommendation: Do buy your tub from sw corp

Spa World - Med Tub is a scam on the elderly!
- - Medi Tub installed April 2009 for $5,373.91.
- - Faucet knobs loosen, diverter fails, and valves leak.
- - Spa World did not credit returns.
In April of 2009 we had a walk in tub installed. The Medi Tub from Spa World cost $5,373.91 plus the construction costs for installation.
From within a month of the installation, we have had a continuing issue with the faucet knobs coming loose and the diverter does not divert the water completely from the facet to the shower wand as well as the valves leaked. The facets do not seat correctly and don't work beyond 1 to 2 uses.
We had to buy a second set of replacement valves and handles for $289.00 from Spa World after several months of calling nearly daily. They refused to stand behind their products, and wanted to give us only 7 days to return the brand new faucets if they didn't work.
When we finally got the faucets, they were dumped in a box with no packing at all. They sent a second set.
The new faucets were a larger size than the original ones and the tub holes had to be drilled out, which I did not want to attempt on a tub that cost $5,373.91! We called 7 on your side and with their help, Spa World sent out a licensed plumber to do the installation. I spoke to the plumber and requested that he check the clearances for the faucets before drilling out the tub. His response was that he was only being paid for 1.5 hours and that he couldn't talk to me and get the job done.
Consequently, when I got home, the faucet handles don't clear each other and hit the wall. See YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q56-SdK3RsE)
The determination by the plumber is the new handles were defective as well as there is a manufacturing defect on the tub itself that doesn't allow the faucets and tub spout to be screwed down tight enough to the tub to keep them from spinning.
We returned both sets of the faucets at our expense, and After a month Spa world has not credited us for the returns.
DO NOT BUT ANY PRODUCTS FROM MEDI TUB, THE DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY TARGET ELDERLY CUSTOMERS WHO ARE LESS LIKLEY TO COMPLAIN.
