Kelly Shirley at Swank Construction over billed me no refund

Kelly Shirley who works in accounts at Swank construction located in Clarion Pa #724-335-**** she overbilled me by $1500.00 I never got a refund and that lady pocketed that money. This company is a scam and a rip-off. The people that work there will rip you off. Don't go to management.... that's ran by her sister. They both will overbill you and pocket the money. They are thieves.
