HI placed an order 10/16 and today is 10/23 and I still havent received confirmation nor tracking info. I have reached out to them via email and response and no number to call.

Never received my order

Ordered on 09/12/25, order #130****. I never received a tracking number.

I contacted them multiple times, and they have never shipped it out. They keep stating that they are behind. I finally asked them to cancel the order, and they had the nerve to state it is too late for that.

How, when you never shipped it out, and it is 10/10/25—almost a whole month—and no clothes nor tracking number? Their customer service sucks, and I will not be paying for this order.

I have an even to attend for August 16, 2025. I placed an order on August 03, 2025.

According to the shipping information provided on Swank a Posh website orders are shipped with-in 3-5 days. Well as of today August 13, 2025 my order has not been shipped. I sent multiple emails inquiring about my order and never received a response. My last email I ask for a complete refund due to the order not being shipped and still didn't receive a response.

No response is unacceptable as a business. That's what I get for trying to support a black business.

It's always your own people that will screw you. Their Customer service sucks!!!

No I was told that they will resubmit my products in the past 2 weeks but nothing still hasn't been delivered to my house. I wish that my money be refunded.

I didn't receive my order and waited over a month. I received an email stating that my items were delivered on 3/7/2025.

Please refund my money in the amount of $65.19. The order was placed on 2/5/2025. The tracking number is HYD110046****QN.
