Dean's swaine who is also going by the name of All American services in Jefferson Louisiana has not finished work,his roof job left damage to property, which he has reassured us over and over again would be fixed to original condition. He seldom shows up on the site for work he will be there one day and then not be seen for 2 days this has repeatedly gone on since the beginning of the project.
James Wayne has repeatedly refused or not answered phone calls due to the damage that he caused due to his negligence as well as reimbursing for inexpensive Stearns & Foster mattress which was destroyed due to roof leaking drywall damage it has not been completed and damage to clothing and other articles in the house. Dean will not take responsibility will not show up on time and does shoddy work.
After numerous occasions and excuses I don't know that anything would Rectify what he has done to the property. Dean suenos S in all for damages replacement cost and services of over $6,000 and I don't expect that we will ever see any of it due to his unprofessional and devious business practices
