Will not charge anymore. Had a week. No one will contact me or answer the *** phone...or i get transferred and hung up on.

Company won't respond by phone, website return form, or email to return defective item... It has been 10 days since I informed them of the problem... Horrible company with no intention of making good on their products..

Bought my son a T1 unit for Christmas and now it is not working. It keeps getting an error and needs to be calibrated. I have tried this 20-25 times and it will recalibrate only to error out again. Called customer service what a joke. They told me well sounds like it is defective so fill out an RMA form, wait 7-10 days and we will decide if you can return it at your cost and then we will evaluate for warranty. What????? It broke the next day and we cannot get ahold of anyone from Swagtron. We submitted a return form like they ask but they havent called or emailed. This was my daughters Christmas present and we are very upset.

I have the same problem! My daughters board worked ONE DAY! Now it won't charge! I've called them several times, each time I sit on hold for 20 minutes listening to a recording that's says they are having higher than expected call volume. Then it says after holding for the full amount of time we're sorry we missed your call! Wtf swagtron! I've followed their steps for a return, it prompts and says they'll contact me shortly! I bought the Swagtron T 3 for my 11 year old daughter for Christmas and paid $450 and after 4 days it stopped working. Now I stay on hold for customer service and then it disconnects me after 20 minutes. I filled out the form to get the RMA number but still haven't heard back. i bought through this company because there website claims there were seen on Ellen, USA Today, Today, Live, Kelly and Michael, Parade, The Insider, people and a new york magazine and a las angels tv station 5 klta however when my 20 year old son got the hoverboard for christmas the hoverboard would not start even after we charged it we called the company telling them that it would not start they gave us troubleshooting tips however they did not... I ordered 2 of the Swagway x2's. One red, one green. My daughters have been riding them ever since they opened them. I guess we got lucky, they charge well and ride smooth!

Same thing happened to us as well. Ordered the board well before Christmas... even received message it was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Once I realized it wouldn't arrive in time I began calling and calling and calling. No answer... no return emails. It didn't come until 2 days after Christmas.
