Julie greeted us this morning with a breath that smelled like dog *** There was No way I was purchasing any glasses from there and having to deal with her stinky breath. After my daughters and I eye examination, I politely asked for our prescription to go and headed right to General Optical where they clearly brush their teeth before coming to work. I will NEVER return. I have been a customer for many years, but Julie was the deal breaker.

They sold me glasses that I did not need

I had my eye exam. The doctor said I needed a new prescription when my glasses arrived. I could not see out of them they were blurry were back to my old glasses prescription, and I am $400 out of pocket.

Just everything! Bottom line ended up with vertical lines going the entire length of both lenses!!! Back and forth with customer service for a month! just for them to tell me they thought I did it!!! HOW??? Someone please do some root cause analysis and tell me how I could recreate what happened to my lenses! Oh, and btw. all of this and NOONE, yes, NOONE even picked up my glasses to look at them to make this determination! It was made after them seeing pictures via email! Renee, Lyndsey, Jessica especially, the entire Lake Orion store. JUST ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!

My first complaint is that I purchased a pair of RayBan frames from svs about four years ago. When it was time for another exam I requested them to put my prescription lens in. Before they handled my glasses I had to sign a waiver. Even though I signed the waiver someone should had paid me for my glasses especially since I paid out of pocket

Purchased $500, women's Ray-Bans there is nothing no logo no etching on right lens nothing that shows that these are Ray-Ban except for the right Temple wing on the inside. No way in heck would I eve

Someone is going to explain to me why my Ray-Bans don't have any logo or etching on the right glass which is with prescription lenses real Ray-Bans have etching on the right lens. So somebody better make this right quick and I mean quick.

The only place these eyeglasses say Ray-Ban is on the inside Temple right side it says Ray-Ban and then there's some CR or whatever I can't see it because I can't put the glasses on and then read it... Somebody better make this right I want logos on the sides or the logo should be on the front and that's where I would like it.

If you bought a sports car you would want the proper decal. I do not own a vehicle these eyeglasses are my car fix it

frames don't come with etching. that's specifically only the demo lens.

not on the prescription lens. two different things.

if the ray ban wasn't stamped with the logo on the sides or anything like you wanted, why continue to pick it out. u chose it and got what you asked for

I've gone to one of these locations before and had an OK time. It was easy enough to get an exam, and for some reason I was then signed up for their marketing emails. Well, today of all days, one of their emails bypassed my promotions tab and landed in my main inbox. "So she didn't get you a pony. Suck it up. Honor your mom." What a way to alienate all abuse victims who have ever gone to any of your locations. This is incredibly unprofessional in tone and remark and should never have passed through.

I went to get my vision test n glasses..I get them back and can't see I see better in old glasses I tell them they say my eyes need to adjust after them sending me to two other specialist and two other sets of glasses are wrong someone needs to hire a eye Dr that knows what he's doing and the same goes for the workers I would recommed you to go somewhere else this place is the worst

Horrible customer service. Ordered contacts for wife and daughter. Had them shipped to our home. Wife's came in a week. 2 weeks later I called because my daughter's did not come. They said, sorry they were sent here. Went to puck up and only right eye was in. Said the other is on back order and don't know when they will come in. Noone from store advised us they were on back order. How is my daughter going to see with only 1 contact. Now doctor is on vacation and have to wait to see if they can order different contact. Absolutely horrible service.

FRUSTRATION

Over $350 for a pair of READERS because actually, that's all they are good for. They are suppose to be Progressive Lenses I can't see items on TV, can't see good for night driving, can't read signs when I am out until I am directly on them. I have gone back 3xs, complaining. I was told I have traces of Cataracts , yet they fitted me for glasses. I asked why they would not correct the problem (cataracts) first, I was told it was not that advanced but once I get the surgery, I can see better out of the glasses. Now, YOU make this make sense, I can't!! NN

Ophthalmologists will not remove cataracts until the visual acuity is 20/40 or worse. There is nothing your optometrist can do about that.

The store sales reps were very helpful up until they charged me twice for the same transaction. They didn't put the insurance on my account and it was in my daughter's name.

I sent my daughter to pick up our glasses.

The store charged her the full amount again. I called and they would not talk to me about the issue. I had to go to the store.

Once I explained to the rep, you charged me twice, they would not even look at my account. All of the individuals who were present the night of my transaction now have amnesia..

Also, the staff was whispering as if I was causing a scene when in fact no one even offered to review. once They saw I was not leaving. One member came to assist me. he printed my charges and told me I still owed..

I noticed the payment made not applied to account. plus, they did not put my insurance on my glasses but on my daughter's and had her as the primary.

After I pointed out their mistakes, I did not get an apology but clearly the staff all had egg on their faces. I wanted to act a fool at that time..

I would like to warn anyone going to this store.

Customer service is very high level until money is transferred. I will never go here or recommend other than the eye exam- which was friendly, professional and quick.

No one can answer the phone when you call to make an appointment

You can never reach them called corporate office they gave me an appt for Friday someone called and canceled so I called the corporate office again to schedule another appt the girl that answered the phone sounded like she was at home she said sure I can schedule you an appointment she scheduled it for sat at 12:30 but I am not sure if they are open they should be she said well I thought I would call before I would drive to Sheffield Ohio when I called no answer left a message have not heard back from them at all my husband also called no response.

Twice they provided me with glasses that I did not ask for and now they won't replace them because it's been over 45 days. I was told that my warranty would start overafter the first exchange by one of their own employees! Don't I just want to like my glasses and I will never shop here again. $400 later, 4 pairs of glasses later and extremely unhappy!
