Excellent Service
Excellent service and prices for my Pug's eye drops. HEB Pharmacy wanted $1800+ for the prescription that is $27.81 at SVP.
User's recommendation: Definitely recommend.

I had great experience
My dogs medicine is compounded so not all do it. This was the cheapest I found, I spoke to them on the phone as well & had a wonderful experience with them. Getting ready to reorder again.
Stolen bank card info!!
They had both my bank debit card and an AMEX card. The only company that had both..since AMEX is new.
Both accounts hacked! Thousands taken! Hoping management looks into it...but I'm not hopeful. Now dealing with bank and credit card...could be 30 - 90 days before I get my money back.
Single mom...limited income...as long as we don't eat or get gas in the car I can pay my bills (house payment will be one day late!) After speaking with accounting last week (no one in office due to holiday)....they didn't seem to want to believe me when I said someone used my cards. Will TRY to follow up with upper management.
The *** bags need to know that the are taking away from a single mom with 2 kids (one special needs). Life is hard enough....really don't need the extra struggles.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
SVPMEDS are UNSCRUPULOUS
I'm trying to find a product called PELLITOL OINTMENT for my dogs ears, but no luck. SVPMEDS finally pop up saying that they sell an identical product called Re-ca-litol Otic Ointment - same active ingredients as Pellitol®, but you must register to get more info.
So after filling out registration form with name, address, phone, email, user name and password, I finally get to the info page. There I learn that their product is $25 instead of $10 which was the price for PELLITOL. On top of that, their product is sold by PRESCRIPTION ONLY, which was not the case with PELLITOL, yet they claim it's the exact same ingredients. I feel that they are just gathering peoples personal info to sell to marketers, as well as ceasing an opportunity to gouge the public in need of a product that seems to have been discontinued.
Either way, they don't appear to be a company that deserves our patronage. Shame on them!!
Alternative to Pellitol
They no longer make Pellitol. Just found out that there is a similar product called Pell Otic, which has the same ingredients with the exception of echinacea.
I believe the only place you can order it is Wedgewood Pharmacy in Swedesboro, New Jersey, and you have to have a vet's prescription before you can buy it. There are so many medications nowadays that used to be over-the-counter but are now prescription only. That way the doctors and veterinarians get a cut in addition to the pharmacists. Lortab is over-the-counter in Canada and Europe.
It's past time the U.S. got universal healthcare. Put an end to the greedy bastards who go into medicine for the money instead of caring for people and animals. Great Britain has the number one healthcare in the world.
Countries with universal healthcare have higher quality of life and longer life expectancy. Healthcare is a right, not a privilege.

Wow, so sorry to hear this happened to you. My recommendation for any internet transaction with a company that you're not familiar with is to make sure they have a secure web site where ordering occurs (SSL because who knows whose out there hacking these days!-*** these ppl break in to the US DoD's site!)...anyway, as an additional safety measure, I NEVER pay for anything online with a company that doesn't have a proven track record using my cards with higher limits or my bank's debit card - I have a *** throw away debit card that I never keep more than $75 on at any given time - if someone tries to steal that card, they can have it!
They're not going to get very far on $75, that's for sure - I also use this for the IRS or my State's toll authority automated replenish system - I don't trust them not to nail my regular cards with outrageous fines only to leave me fighting City Hall or to replenish more frequently than they should - we all live on budgets and sometimes, $40 makes all the difference - being a single mom myself, I definitely can sympathize with your situation. Some basic precautions will prevent this from happening to you again - if I ever order from this joint, I'll be sure to use the throwaway debit card.
Thanks for the heads up and hope it all works out for you.
