Tracking parcels

On two occasions used track my parcl( shop)said my parcel was ready for pickup at the store. Made two different wasted trips to the mall and parcel wasnt there. Store employees said the app is useless. Very reassuring from the employees. Frustrated with this!!! Very poor service.

User's recommendation: Change your method of tracking . Very poor!
