It won't go through.

Hi, I purchased Suzy Levian Jewelry from Hautelook for my wife. Just got them apprised and the information i received was very disturbing.
The Suzy Levian Pendant wasn't sapphire, It was CZ. I'm bring this to your attention because I'm holding you accountable. I dont want an other piece of Jewelry I just want you to stop sell Suzy Levian Jewelry and an other jewelry that is fake and misrepresented. I'm going to reporting this and Suzy Levian Jewelry and Hautelook are at fault.
Im going to expose this scam to NBC and ABC news if you run another Suzy Levian Jewelry flashsale or any other company that is fake!!!! Do you even test the jewelry before you sell them!!!!! Hautelook is fully responsibly.. Im sorry for being rude but Im just really very upset.
I Really don't want an other piece and Im not returning the jewelry back per request of my lawyer. I am just requesting you never let any fake jewelry be sold on your website like Suzy Levian's Jewelry fake Sapphire.

While her advertisements "suggest" you're buying a real sapphire, I knew the price of a real sapphire (the gem alone) was far more expensive than the cost of her ring. Because the description of the ring doesn't note that it's lab manufactured, it gives a false impression that the sapphire was mined.
But, since high-quality lab sapphires have the exact same chemical, mineral, and optical properties as natural stones (they are both aluminum oxide)-I'm okay with that. One is just made by science, and the other, made by nature. The ring I have is beautiful and if I were to buy the real deal it would cost approximately $10,000. I appreciate the fact that Suzi Levin creates beautiful pieces that someone like me can afford.
P.S.-We should all be educated consumers before purchasing any item. And, if you don't like it...send it back.

I purchased a Suzy Levine(SL) ring from Rue La La and it was a hot mess. I ordered a size 8 and they sent a size 5.
When I asked for an exchange SL said they didn’t have an 8 in stock but I saw the same ring for sale in a size 8 on RLL.
I took it to a very reputable jeweler and he offered me $35 saying because it was a size 5 and the quality of the stones. I sent it back to RLL for full refund.SMH
What do you expect for the money you paid? After all, you get what you pay for. Still, thanks for your review, I’m trying to decide to buy a ring or not so I won’t have to travel with my good jewelry which Is the real thing!!

Same thing happened to me. Suzy Levian said it was sapphire but it was really CZ. I just returned it but know I regret not saying anything!!!!!!!!
