Disappointing Experience with Suzanne O'Brien Canine Massage Therapy
- - Booked 5 canine massage sessions for a dog with osteoarthritis; after 2 sessions dog's condition worsened, refunds were refused, costing us over $400.
I had high hopes for Suzanne O'Brien Canine Massage Therapy & Holistics based on her glowing promises, but my experience was far from what I expected.
I booked 5 sessions of canine massage therapy from her, as my dog has severe osteoarthritis on his leg, I was hoping for a calming, therapeutic experience for my dog, but unfortunately, after we did 2 sessions, my dog's situation was becoming more bad, then we decided to stop the left 3 sessions of treatment, and told to Suzanne O'Brien, but she refused to refund us the balance, and become very emontionable, speak rude of us, so we lost more than $400 dollars and my dog become more weak. I felt very sad about that.
I wouldnt recommend Suzanne O'Brien Canine Massage Therapy & Holistics based on my own experience. I hope this feedback helps others make a more informed decision
