Hello, On Saturday 29/11/2025 I went into your Melton Victoria store, The lady working in store was standing toward the rear of store eating from a container which had cooked eggs in it the smell was putrid & I said to her It stinks in here , She continued eating . I had to walk out of the store & I wasnt the only customer to walk out .
Not up to standard really not smart not prepared to help even though she fumbled the sale and now my birthday voucher has been redeemed for nothing. Eve tried to help but Alex unfortunately
Birthday voucher redeemed in store Northland by Alex your assistant and she deleted the sale I had my money out to buy and now the system thinks I have redeemed it which I have not. Your assistant Alex was very inefficient.
