Careless regard for human life

These folks have no business caring for people. They Do NOT care!

For over 2 month now I have been blocked from escalating and changing a new PCP who put my life at risk.

They have refused to respond in writting. They have refused to give names.

They corner you into talking to patient relations and they should be called patient abuse.

Why do they not care if they are reported to the medical board? Is there that much corruption and complete absence of oversight??

Sutter Health Billing dept does not respond to mails. They have no email. Online portal does not allow attachments.

I had a series of tests at Sutter Health CPMC hospital. It turns out that it was a hoax.

The series of tests cost me over $10K in co-pay. The last test had a mis-billing of $500. I tried to send them my EOBs and a zero-balance statement. There is no way to send them the information.

Their online portal MyHealthOnline is a scam. No attachment allowed. I mailed them the zero-balance statements by mail 3 times. No response.

I tried calling. Their billing department refuse to give me their email address. So, there is no way to send them my zero-balance statement. Sutter Health just keep mailing and emailing me the incorrect invoice over and over.

Very frustrating dealing with Sutter Health Billing Department. It behaves like a collection agency and is not interested in looking at the information I mailed them. They refuse to communicate with me through email.

NO emails at Sutter Health. They are afraid of having their scam documented in emails.

Personal experience is that Sutter (Vallejo branch in this case) has poor consumer accessibility and an abominable scheduling line. Something needs to be done, but I'm too timid and vulnerable to become an activist at this juncture. They should however be ashamed.

Doctor appointment

I called to make a doctor appointment, what a joke. No one knows what they are doing.

The person I spoke to was a idiot. I am actually scared I will not ever get any healthcare at sutter.

I left kaiser, I now regret that decision. It would be nice if someone in management could contact me

Doctor appointment

The Custpmer service person I talked to was a idiot. I made a appointment at a sutter walk in clinic and she said the Sutter walk in clinic was not a part of Sutter.

I eventually hung up as she was to stupid to deal with. I regret leaving kaiser

Absolute lack timely service

Sutter shutdown our local urgent care facilities now I have to drive miles away, and every time I need medical help the wait has been 3+ hours! How is this even helpful or respectful to their patients?

The old location was plenty busy, Sutter just wanted to rent out the space and make money at the detriment of the people they already collect money from while saving money by providing as little actual service as possible.

The state really needs to investigate these clowns!

Too many other problems with Sutter over the years.

Dr. Vittal caused an 8mm gash in my spleen

In December 2007, Dr. Peter W Simpson performed a colonoscopy on me. It was determined that my intestines were too ‘jumbled’ to complete the procedure. Dr. Simpson stopped and wrote up his findings. I have this paperwork to prove my statement.

In February 2018, Dr. Harsha Vittal performed an endoscopy and colonoscopy. During the consultation, Dr. Vittal gave me the impression of someone very aloof and overconfident. Dr. Vittal performed both procedures. In recovery, I told the Dr. that I was in a tremendous amount of pain which he replied, without even turning around, “It’s just gas…” At arriving home, the pain did not decrease but, rather, increased.

After 2 days of increasing pain, I went to the Dr.s Hospital in Manteca at which I was rushed into ICU, given bags of blood, and various bags of fluids.

Dr. Vittal had damaged my spleen to the point of bleeding causing an 8mm gash in my spleen. There is a 0.004% chance of that happening but, with his {{Redacted}} attitude, I’m surprised it hasn’t happened to him before.

I am currently not seeking compensation for pain and suffering but rather, only the money I have had to spend as a direct result of Dr. Vittal's negligence.

•time away from work with no pay

•recurring Dr. visits because the pain will still not go away; even today in Mid-April 2018.

•My total out-of-pocket medical maximum is $10,500.00, of which I have met and exceeded.

•Another emergency visit due to the severity of the pain I am still enduring even as of April 30, 2018.

•Days taken to travel to various appointments.

In total, I am seeking a total compensation of $40,000.00 for out of pocket expenses

I'm sorry to learn of your patient suffering at the hands of such an incompetent. There is no excuse if that physician remains on the staff (I intend to look them up after this comment).

You (and all of us) deserve better health care.

Why for godsake do so many people fight quality health care standards for all? Why do they hate?

Colonoscopy Review

I went in for a colonoscopy and as i am going under anesthesia my right arm was bing crushed by a faulty blood pressure cuff . I screamed in pain to this day i have pain in that arm and an ugly blue vein has surfaced on my arm.

Very ugly!

Roseville Sutter Hospitl is to blame. The doctor yelled at the nurse to get it off me and he told her I told you befor that cuff is broken!
