Disappointed about food ordered
- - Customer substituted mushrooms for allergies; only 11 items arrived instead of 20, with buffalo sauce on all and wings not described as buffalo.
Prior to placing DoorDash delivery order called the diner due food allergies. I wanted order appetizer combo but asked substitute for fried mushrooms.
I asked what the combo consisted of. Furthermore, I was told 2 chicken fingers, 2 mozzarella sticks, 4 wings, 4 pierogies, 4 onion rings and 4 fried mushrooms. Instead of the 4 mushrooms I asked for 2 extra chicken fingers and 2 extra pierogies and the said it was ok. I also ordered a hot tea.
When DoorDash delivery came, and I opened up the bag everything in the combo was sitting on a plug pile of buffalo sauce. They never stated on the menu or on the phone that the wings in the combo were buffalo. The combo was nowhere near items I was supposed to get. I got 2 each of chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, wings and pierogies and 3 onion rings.
Instead of receiving 20 items in the combo all I got were 11! Big difference!
Very frustrated and disappointed! Will I order from this place again, probably not!
