Horrible service

I spent almost $50.00 in here today and received the worst customer service. The manager Jet in the Altamonte Springs location was very rude.

My food was not properly made and when I went back inside to let them know, instead of refunding me seeing I did not get what I paid for I got accused of always having a problem with something. I haven't eaten at this place in years, when I did eat there before my order was constantly made wrong, if I'm paying for it, I expect it to be made correctly and not just thrown together or have most of my order messed up or missing. Half of the time I said absolutely nothing and ate the wrong order because they were always busy, and they were really nice, so I let it go, the other half I let them know that my food was either great and thanked them or just asked for my food to be remade probably. I don't see how that's too much to be asked for if I'm spending Damn near $50.00 every time I'm there.

I will never again go to this location, he told me I always have a problem and that I'm not allowed back in his restaurant. I've spent so much money there and I don't see how its wrong for the customer to ask to be given what they've paid for instead of what ever mess they through together. Jet has horrible management skills, I had two other associates with me that he also accused of always having an issue and one of them has never even been there before and seeing this just happen she will never be back.

The last time I was here my nephew and I got sick from bad food that I was served, I tried to give it another chance and got horrible customer service. I will be posting what happen to me today at the Altamonte location anywhere that I can to get the word out.

Being told by the manager to check to make sure our food is right before eating, I ordered Sushi! It's not like I can just open it up and put it back together, my stuff has been messed up constantly and at this point I'm fed up.
