Obviously never made a paracord bracelet - you can't take an already made bracelet and resize it to a larger size - smaller size if it's a good deal too large, possibly. But it's not like a watch band where you just get a new size if you outgrow the bracelet.

Also, it's possible the cord wasn't pre-shrunk which if it's not companies tend to mention that the bracelet may shrink when it gets wet. If they don't mention that, then it's preshrunk and not their fault your wrist got bigger.

Okay, I hope its just a mistake but the same thing has happened to me. I ordered almost 3 weeks ago and have gotten no response to 2 emails and the phone # says to send customer service questions via email. I bought 2 Christmas gifts that may not even get here.

Same here. Ordered on the 10th.

Got one response to an e-mail on the 14th. No responses to e-mails sent on the 16th and 21st.

Can't get through on the phones. I hope I didn't get ripped off of my $40!

I think I was ripped off as well. Placed an order on Dec 18th, received email on Dec 22nd, stating orders backed up, will be on its way soon.

Still havent received, sent 3 emails, 1 phone msg, heard nothing. Has anyone received their orders????????????????

Company does not answer phones or respond to emails. Takes money and doesn't deliver. Fraud Fraud Fraud

I ordered a month ago and they wont reply to emails asking about my order, I cant reach them on there 800 #, They say to use there support email and they will respond the same day, Thats BS, They havent. I used Pay Pal and I found in there sight I can file a claim to get my money back and I will do so if I dont get what I ordered soon.

:eek now I dont know what to do my son really liked this bracelet he saw it stood for firefighters and he had not ever seen one like that before so I was going to oreder it for him. I dont know what to do now.

Other people offer similar items on ebay, just search for survival bracelets.

After Pay Pal contacted them I got the straps I ordered a month ago. I dont know what there deal is for the delay but on a positive note here I will say the straps are all I was hopeing they would be.

There was 6 pieces of paracord that needed to go under my watch pins but they wouldent. I attached my watch weaving my watch pins through them so I actually used 3 to attach my watch with and in doing that my watch went on pretty easly. My advice to you is if you buy from these people use Pay Pal incase the same thing happens to you.

I am happy with the product after finally getting what I ordered. I hope this review helps someone.

This was the first year of operation and had trouble keeping up. They have added employees and customer service. It is a good product, hope you try it again.

I got my watchband fast but my watch does not have pins so the strap would not fit. They had me send in the watch itself, custom wove the strap onto my fave watch and sent it back. A little more turn around time on the custom job but it is AWESOME. The other stuff they made for me is really nice too.

Sounds like they grew too fast.

They promote our troops in a BIG way. I bought 3 straps thinking a percent of my purchase would be contributed to The Wounded Warrior Project as they claim to be a proud sponsor of the project. In looking through their literature, I fear I may have been duped.

Well, my husband ordered a survival strap for me. He showed me what he ordered and it seemed kind of masculine, so I'm trying to get in contact with them to change my order to something else.

(My husband is in the AF & currently overseas.) I called them at least 10 times yesterday, and they never answered their phone. I left a message, which has yet to be returned 24 hours later. I also emailed them last night. I just decided I'd google "survival straps complaints"...

and now I find all of this. This is HORRIBLE. They've already taken the money out of our bank account.

Now I fear I will never get what I want, simply because they don't respond to things. The way they are conducting business has to be illegal in some way.

I received an incorrect order and wasn't pleased with the non-existent email response to my friendly complaint. I did find a number to contact them, and my call was answered in just a couple minutes.

The guy I got on the phone was polite and apologetic, and went out of his way to make my order right and make it as easy for me as possible. I do wish I had purchased through PayPal, but now that everything is resolved, it is a good product and I would buy from them again. ANY company could have shipped an incorrect item - it's how they resolve the issue that will affect whether I share how great they are or bash them every chance I get.

I could only be more pleased if the order had been right, but its just human error. :/ :zzz

I placed my order on 8/1/13 & received it on 8/6/13! Got just what I wanted great service!!! :)
