Mission gone wrong, no credit/payment

Hello, can someone please help me straighten this out? I had a survey mission to visit a Zaxbys restaurant and buy a biscuit meals at, take pictures and answer questions and it offered to pay $50 to go inside and then another $50 to go through the drive-through and buy a second meal.

After I finish the first place, it said that I could go to another Zaxbys as long as there was another one that was in the participating map area and there was. So I went to a 2nd place and did the same thing I bought a meal inside. I finished the survey and I took pictures, then I went through the drive-through bought another meal and did the same thing took pictures and answered all the questions. when I got done with those two, I was going to go to a third Zaxbys because it asked me to, and when I started looking at the app, it said that I got zero credit for the first one and I shouldve gotten $100 plus reimbursement for the meals.

The second one is still showing $50, it should be a 100 and I should be reimbursed for the meals also. So I just wondered if somebody could please help me with this issue.

Every single time the surveys are not accepting your period no matter how slow you go, no matter how much you try your patience, it always Kix you out of the survey.And you can never complete a survey

I was asked to purchase several items from [PERSON_NAME]'s. From three locations, and with unpaid reimbursement and a flagged account, I went unpaid for four visits.

I was left for days with no returned emails.

Still no resolution. If the company fails, it will not be a surprise; they have little to no structural support and need to be taken off the market.
