Dexcom - Customer Service: ongoing sage to re-order supplies

It is a ongoing, unpleasant experience for a standard 3-month order cycle with a current prescription & insurance coverage in place. Today I was told an insurance coverage investigation has to be completed. After waiting 29 minutes to speak to a live person (the website did not allow me to re-order). Frustrating; was told my insurance 'requires it'.
Anthem said they don't when I called them to verify. I will probably order the MiniMed 670G system when I can. Why?
The customer service experience. The Dexcom technology is amazing....but not enough to overcome the horrific customer service.

Every time I order something and it’s being brought by FedEx, it’s always three days late from the actual delivery date and ironically it always gets stalled at the same facility in Woodbridge Ontario...get it together.

I purchased 2 wireless systems (one for myself and one for my mother). Both had issues connecting.
I returned mine asap for a wired option and paid for the upgrade. My mom's system drops non-stop. Every time I try to call their support line I'm on hold for a MINIMUM of 30 minutes. I currently have a login issue and I've been on hold for an hour and counting.
Their user interface has to be one of the worst I've ever seen. BUYER BEWARE!!!
