I have been a customer for years and I have never been treated so unfairly and impolite by your staff. I ask the store clerk to please replace a faulty vape battery that I purchased at the Delray Beach store.
I was told no refunds or replacements without receipt. I told the clerk I would return with receipt for a replacement battery but I was told maybe and if not that I should go to another store !
The next day received email stating, I was band from all your stores.
I went back with receipt and I was threatened with the Police.

Why do people mistake being told something that they do not like as rude? You should have kept your receipt.
Why on earth would you leave your house to return an item and not take the receipt? And there is WAY more to you being banned than you stated.
There are lots of holes in the story. LIke how she behaved that they felt the need to call the police on her and ban her.
