Awful, scammy, seedy franchise for Heathrow Airport. Their staff miraculously found chunk out of a tyre on return of vehicle.

I had no knowledge of this at pick up but later found a photo of the wheel arch that happened to have picked up the damage at pick up. In the interim they charged for new tyre. I sent evidence 7 times to the email address they gave, rang them, no reply. Contacted through a complaints website, which informed me they had read my email...still no reply.

Steer clear.

They felt dodgy (a good cop, bad cop performance between two staff when in their office, all very manipulative). Go with a company registered with a complaints body, which they are not.

Terrible

Contains 1 confidential file for company representatives

They refused to allow me to pay a deposit on any of my credit cards, but were more than happy to allow me to pay for full coverage. We were on a time crunch and had no choice but to do so. Two months have passed, yet I have not received my deposit back, and attempts to contact support have led to nowhere.

This is the worst car rental company. They are dishonest and you should not trust them!

They told us we were signing that we do not accept any damages to the car. They found a tiny little scratch in the windshield. They were looking for anything they could find. They told us, sign here, see it says NO, I do not accept damages.

Then they emailed us a copy and took out the 'no' check box.

The car already had a large dent in the side from a previous renter and that was never fixed. So, I don't know where they put the money they steal from people for 'damages'.

After 3 hours waiting still haven’t my rental car

We went in line on Olbia airport on the 30th of April with like 8 families in front of us on 15:00 we went out of line after waiting for 3 hours and still 4 families in front of us! We booked another car because we had to drive 1,5 hour to our location and after 20:00 we had to pay extra when we arrived in the evening.

After complaining in the little container after waiting for 1,5 hour, it still didnt went any quicker. We want our money back 140,-
