I asked chang two used tires for $300. later I figure out one of them completely worn can not possibly pass a safety test. I went back tried to argue with, he said that worn tire is mine he changed only one tire. wich is impossible.
because when I went there the tire he denied changing is spare tire, it's in my trunk now!
