Very Unprofessional.

Surge has a broker named Danny (who refused to give last name) and A guy Named Charles who said he is the supervisor for the brokers (not Randy Evans). When calling to update about a load my driver is on and explain the rate con says drop was today and Foodlion says drop is in 6 days, they did not care, and when asked to stop cutting me off, so I can finish talking, said I was now threatening them, and went on to say how you people need to read the rate con. I'm confused, what does "you people" mean and why do things need to be racial. The "supervisor" Charles said that they could careless if there are discrepancies and that is a problem with the receiver, and they will not discuss it further. He was yelling, cussing and very unprofessional. Then proceeded to hang the phone up as he stated he was no longer having this conversation, when I asked to speak to someone above him that was professional, and he said they are all gone, it's the Holidays, so no, I can not speak to anyone above him. It's funny because they are allowed to treat trucking companies like a mess, but there is nothing in place to protect the drivers and transportation companies, yet nothing is in place to prevent brokers from spotty business tactics. I am sure the owners, president and vice presidents do not care about the lack of professionalism but, when an organization is created to rate brokers and they are listed as not to conduct business with them, their revenue will decrease, and they will be one of the first companies to go out of business!

User's recommendation: Do not book loads from them! Let them go out of business.
