No VPN
For 3days in my new hotel I have not been able to log into my VPN but Surfeasy only wants to contact a out mside expert for cost. I 5bink I will be changing my VPN provider very soon

I have requested a cancellation of my subscription. They say they cannot find my account under my email.
I only use two emails and have sent both. I have also sent a copy of the bank transaction, and I continue to get the runaround!

SurfEasy SUCKS! I have attempted to cancel my subscription.
They keep telling me they cannot find my account under my email. I only use two emails and have provided both.
Yet they can notify me of an automatic deduction each month at the same email. My next step is the Federal Trade Commission!
Preferred solution: My subscription cancelled and an apology!

Do not bother with the program
- Signed up for SurfEasy VPN but was charged before downloading.
- Remote removal failed; bits remained and there was no customer support reply.
I thought that with a new computer, and concern of internet intrusions, I wanted a VPN.
I initially signed up to obtain SurfEasy VPN. Then, after putting in my email and before I downloaded the program, I found that the company would charge for the program.
I then aborted the want of the program. What a mistake it was to do this.
Now I find that they have imbedded bits of their program on my computer. I contacted the company with screen shots of what I see. They then had someone call and I gave them access to remote remove the program.
Instead, not everything of SurfEasy was removed. So, again I contacted them for help. No Reply.
I then sent yet another email for help. STILL NO REPLY.
Whatever you do, DO NOT DOWNLOAD unless you are willing to get imbedded bits and want to PAY for SurfEasy.
Their customer service is NOT willing to help any further.

What a mistake
- Surf Easy charges after download.
- Cannot remove it; runs in the background.
- Fees should be disclosed before download.
I was interested in Surf Easy a VPN, until I saw that they charge for the services.
I downloaded the program thinking that it was free. That I found was the start of my problems.
I tried to REMOVE it and found that I CANNOT. I don't even see where it is operating in the background, which it states that it is operating.
They need to have a way for people to remove the program.
This service would be fine for people that are on the internet full time or have full time internet.
Evidently, they did not include a way for people to remove it, as when you try it states that it is running in the background.
Please notify people BEFORE they do the download that there is a fee.
