I would report him to FMCSA as well for not holding proper paperwork including the mandatory 75,000 in insurance required by FMCSA. They confirm this prior to issuing a license that takes 4 to 6 weeks to maintain.

I would definitely contact Uships trust and safety team as its alway worth a shot.

If you paid by credit card I would contact Visa or Mastercard and challenge the charges for incomplete execution of the work order and they will handle the dirty work. Sorry for your loss!

Someone needs to file a complaint with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration! You can do so in private.

Uship should request these document to verify accounts. I looked at his uship pages and he states he has 50,000 in coverage but FMCSA requires 75,000 bond for brokering??? So even if he carried 50,000 it would not meet the federal requirements. You have to send those credentials to FMCSA to even receive licensed numbers in which is probably the reason he doesnt hold these credentials.

Even more amazing there is no local business license in any of entity alias's.

I Also noticed at the fine print on Uship and they state its your responsibility to verify these so called credentials in which Im sure are pretty easy to spoof especially for a witty individual like Mr. David Fred that somehow manages to pull the wool over everybody's eyes.
