Charged $46 to book a tee time
I was charged for booking a tee time online. I had to pay the full price in the pro shop regardless of the $46 I paid upfront for my booked tee time through Supreme Golf.
The pro shop told me that I wasn't the first customer to tell them that I was precharged $46 for making the tee time, and I just assumed that was for cancellation fees.
I called and left a voice message to call me back. I sure hope I get reimbursed the precharge for making a tee time through Supreme Golf.

I booked a tee time at Point Venture Golf Course at 1:30 on July 13th. 18 holes for 2 players.
I would like to cancel and get a refund (or credit) due to unexpected heavy rain and flash flooding. The confirmation number is 40909****.

Just go to Supreme Golf Support and they will get you a refund.
Supreme Golf was just horrible to me in setting up my tee time today. I got to the course and I had to pay because they would not honor their word. Just horrible customer service!!!
Set up my tee time yesterday to play 18 holes today at Westminster Golf Course in Westminster, MD and was told it would be covered by Supreme Golf and when I got there this morning I had to pay the amount to play because Supreme Golf would not. I have it in writing they would pay but when I arrived they lied.
Pityful and no class Supreme Golf. I have shared this experience with over 100 golfers and they are not surprised by the *** customer service from Supreme Golf. Garbage Company.

Just curious, why would they contact you after you've already told 100 people that they suck? I use them because I had problems with another company; 159 tee times later and I haven't had an issue getting my money back on the few times I've had to cancel. -Shon
