Non confirmation of item being bought to track or do with as I intended so I'm needed to resolve issues systematically

1-Purchased item $46.00 which was right away accepted. Didn't receive thus item confirmation in email so I'm stopping order. 2-Before I've purchased items from ebay which that seller didn't have it delivered totaling over $600 or $200. Even though it looks like doesn't mean it actually is or isn't place there to be received which is fraudulent on buyer(s) and consumer(s).

User's recommendation: Get your money back regardless holiday, or weekend, etc.

Support.com waste of money

My computer crashed. I have Carbonite and was able to recover the info. I downloaded my email addresses but wasn't able to move it over to my email app. Carbonite advised they do not help with getting the file back to the right folder and recommended Support.com. I contacted them via phone. They are in another country. I was quoted a $49.99 fee. It was difficult to understand the service rep. He said he could fix the problem in 15-20 minutes. I gave them remote access to my PC and watched while he tried repeatedly to move the file. He wasn't able to do it and called back and said he was escalating the problem to his supervisor. At this point, my PC was tied up for over 3 hours. I checked several hours later and noted that the remote said "waiting" where before it said "working". I called again and asked why it was taking so long to fix the problem. I was told they were still working on it (lies) and told it would be resolved shortly and not to call back. Four (4) more hours passed, still saw remote saying "waiting". I called again and got another person whose accent was not as strong as the person I have previously dealt with. Two hours later, the problem was fixed about as well as could be expected. I needed my computer which had been tie up for almost 10 hours. After disconnecting the remote, my computer had a new problem not previously experienced. It had to be because of the solution to the problem. They sort of fixed one thing and messed up something else. I called back and was told they did not cause the problem (which wasn't there prior to them working on my computer) and for $149.99 they would give my computer a thorough check up. Needless to say, I said no in no uncertain terms. I voiced my complaint to Carbonite and they said they had no control over the service provided by Support.com and there was nothing they could do. I ended up spending hours trying to fix the problem and eventually was able to get things working properly. I fault CARBONITE for recommending SUPPORT.COM and SUPPORT.COM for the lousy service and attempt to charge me to fix a problem they caused. I will find another backup service to replace Carbonite and urge everyone to avoid using SUPPORT.COM.

I agree wholeheartedly. Support.com is a joke and I had the same issue with Carbonite and if they won't help with a very simple issue then the least they can do is suggest a company who actually knows what they are doing-kind of makes you wonder why they would do this as now you are pissed at both companies.

Support.com

The first time i called support.com for a software problem they told me to call someone else. Two days ago when I called them for my computer he told me i needed to replace my new Seagate hard drive. Today when i called they told me i needed to reinstall my operating system. So I inserted my boot disc (which they couldn't figure out) booted my pc, ran AVG it found a malware problem I fixed it in 2 minutes where Support.com couldn'tdo in 5 hours. When i asked the Tec. person he told me that a boot disc wouldn't work. What a waste of money and the hours i will never get back! If you have a problem call someone who knows what to do!!! Here is a good way to waste $19.95/mt.

Signed up for support. They're not answering the phone or online.

I signed up for support.com for online computer support last fall. At first they were great - fast and knowledgeable. I had a computer issue crop up this Monday. I've called them four times and have been kept on hold for at least 45 minutes each time, never reached a real person. I've left three messages. I've even tried their online chat. No response at all. I've prepaid for their services and it's been four days without a response and my computer still isn't fixed. What a rip off!I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting. I won't recommend them any more. Don't use them!!!
