INK CARTRIDGES RECEIVED ON ORDER #374****

I received a three pack of black ink cartridges with a printer head for my HP Envy 5052 printer. However, these ink cartridges are incompatible with my printer and I can't print anything. I have contacted your company several times about this. I did troubleshooting as the agent suggested and I still can't get the printer to recognize these cartridges. I sent a picture of my printer, etc. through my i phone and no one responds. I ordered new ink cartridges from another supplier and they are working fine. I have been a customer for several years and have good results. I would like a full refund on my purchase!

Four of the six black ink cartridges are defective the other 2 works just fine. In the future, I will make sure that I check each item as soon as I receive them.

Non receipt of merchandise

The merchandise I received was incorrect. I notified the company immediately. The customer service representative said that they were waiting for confirmation from the warehouse!!! I have forwarded pictures of the merchandise that I received along with pictures of the packing slip and pictures of my printer. I have heard NOTHING and they have my money!!!Donot trust their

4 defective CBDR730 drums

Order #450**** - bought 4 spare CBDR730 drums for brother MFC-L2710DW - 2 are broken in the box (have photos) - the one not broken doesn't fit the printer, if I force it in the printer reports no drum/no toner when there is toner - I have not opened the 4 box as it is illogical that as the 3 opened (2 broken - 1 doesn't fit) are defective and appear identical to each other, it would be a waste of my time to bother with the 4th unit - I spoke with your customer service agent, Queen, on 1/10/2023, she said take picture of the broken units and their serial numbers, I can not find any serial numbers, but, each has the same sticker that displays the same following numbers: 090221 - 1 L 25092* ***. I do not know what u want me to do with the 4 units I have, I can not use them, please advise. I do not want u to replace them as they do not work, I will trade the 4 of them for 1 OEM DR730-1P. email and/or call me with instructions asap as I can no longer us my printer 440-341-**** * rhm@***.org.

Purchased a toner cartridge from them for my office printer (had previously purchased toner cartridges a few times prior). When I removed the cartridge from the package, toner leaked out of the cartridge all over my khaki pants (obviously ruining them).

I've had this printer for years and never had a single cartridge from any other supplier leak toner. I contacted Supplies Outlet customer support. Besides asking for a refund, I also asked that they cover my dry cleaner bill (as I was hopeful they might be able to remove the toner and save the pants. I was told they would credit the cartridge but not pay the cleaning bill.

I ultimately reached a manager who first blamed me and (wrongly assumed) I had opened a package that was visibly covered in toner. I explained the outer package had no signs that toner was leaking from the cartridge. She simply stated "we are not responsible for your dry cleaning bill" but would issue a refund for the cartridges once they were received back (by the way, they left it to me to find a box large enough to ship the 2 cartridge boxes back to them).

Somehow they believe that toner getting all over a customer is not an obvious outcome of a defective product.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They don't stand behind their products, don't pay for damage caused by their products and don't care about providing fair resolution.

Fool Me Once

Ordered set of 4 toner cartridges for laser jet printer. Only needed 1 immediately and used the balance as needed. Immediately after loading the cyan cartridge my printer indicated the cartridge was full but when printing, 1/2 of page showed no blue and the other half only faded bars of blues. Apparently the cartridge was empty. Complained to supplier who insisted I return cartridge before sending replacement forcing me to purchase another cartridge in order to use my printer. After they received returned cartridge, they notified me cartridge was empty - which of course was my reason for returning it in the first place and refused to refund my money or send replacement.
