Supplementing.com is a SCAM
EVERYONE SHOULD FILE A COMPLAINT ON RIP OFF REPORT AS WELL.
I ordered some supplements from the site supplementing.com. Upon confirmation of the order, I noticed a mistake. I tried emailing them at contact@***.com, which was the email address on the invoice, and the message kept bouncing back as an invalid email address. I tried calling but no one ever picked up the phone and I left voice mail messages, none of which got returned. So now, I'm stuck with an extra bottle of the supplement that I ordered. I figured it might be ok, if it works. Plus the invoice stated a 90 day money back guarantee. So I tried the supplement and of course it didn't work. I tried 1 full bottle and some out of the second bottle. After about 5 weeks, I tried calling and emailing every day (by this time, I found an email online for supplementing.com that actually worked).
Finally after 2 weeks, I get an email back stating I need to call the phone number, the one where there is never an answer, and get a Return Tracking Number. Another week or so goes by and I'm finally able to get a return tracking number from a correspondence through email after threatening them that I was going to contact my credit card company.
I mail back the unused supplements and then am told that any opened bottle must be returned within 45 days and the 90 day return only applies to unopened bottles. This is not stated anywhere on the invoice. The invoice states the following:

I put an order in on January 3rd of 2012. I received multiple emails stating my order is on "back order." Then I received emails stating that other customers have received their shipments and I should receive mine shortly.
Now over 20 days in, I received an email this morning as follows "Dear Donny Ahmadpour,
I am sorry that you are having a problem with your order. I have reviewed your order and at your request I have canceled it and issued a refund. You should receive a refund within 4-7 business days. We thank you for your patience and once more apologize for the inconvenience." So it shows they never sent my items, even though they say they did.
You can't falsify the beautiful emails they sent me. Upon request, I will forward the entire conversation.

Do not purchase from this company (supplementing.com). My story is that I ordered products online and I didn't received it until 3 weeks later.
The company stated that they will ship the products a day after I placed my order online. They didn't ship it until a week later---and this happen after I spoke to their customer representative that the product is in back-order. They don't inform you that your orders are not ship and they are in back order. The company are just disorganized and their products online are not well managed and updated.
All I can say---> is that they have BAD customer service.
If you want your products to receive on time, I recommend that you don't order from this company.

Ditto...buyer beware before ordering from this site. I have placed 3 orders with this company.
First was flawless...received within 3 days. The second order took over a week and a half after calling CS to complain. The third order...no where in sight. CS says it will be over 2 weeks before I receive it.
Think about it, they get the use of our money for free for several weeks before we get product.
I'm looking for a new supplier!! There are plenty out there.
I agree with stay away from (supplementing.com).I placed order for 2 items and after a week of hearing nothing or getting anything, I called and was told they were on back order,but got in and where shipped. I asked for Tracking#s as it was for 2 shipments and was given them.
When I checked ups all it said was they were printed out. Week later it showed 1 picked up and other still nothing. I called again to find out 2nd item still back ordered. I said to cancel order and refund money,5 days later still no refund, called again and was told they had a problem trying to refund my paypal account.I checked with paypal and they said all is good and they if there was a issue they could just call paypal and do over phone.
I still have not recieved refund and will have to call again.
They were rude and they lie, so stay away from in future. :(
I placed my order on January 5th and I have not received it yet. This company will lie and continue to lie.
16 days and counting since I placed my simple order and no product. I had an email answered two days after I sent it in which the rep lied to me by saying my produce was shipped when it clearly hasn't been (UPS tracking number still says label created as last update).
Naturally, out of frustration, I called and waited for a rep which never picked up so I was directed to leave a message which has not been returned. Needless to say, *** this company.
Absolutely ridiculous. I cannot even get ahold of the company or any customer service.
I have called, e-mailed, internal messaged on the website, I even tried the customer service chat feature with no success. This is a very poor way to do business. I have a tracking number and it just tells me that the shipping label has been created, but no package has shipped yet. Their website FAQs say that any order over $75 will not be charged shipping, I was charged shipping on my $150 order.
I will never do business with this company again and neither should you.
I am getting very concerned considering I am getting no responses in any fashion regarding my order status.

Add another pissed off customer to this list. I live 10 minutes for where they are based out of (next day shipping fedex) and it still has not come 10 days later.
What is worse is that they are impossible to get a hold of. I have called, left messages, emailed all to no avail. They even have a kiosk at the local mall. I tired calling the kiosk and guess what...
no one answered there either. This company is full of it.

...and the saga continues. I eventually received my order albeit 2.5 weeks after ordering.
Like a ***, I place a new order this month...early to allow time for delayed delivery. I received my order today 3 days after placing order.

Arrives at Customs on Apr.23rd.
HAS BEEN SITTING AT CUSTOMS SINCE! NOT because "Customs is backed up," etc -
Because the scam artists at SUPPLEMENTING.COM didn't fill out the Commercial Invoice required for Customs Clearance!
Called them TO SEE IF THEY HAD MOVED ON THE SITUATION - no answer!!

You can buy from Amazon; More money, yes; but I get my shipments in 3 days, hassle free.
I orederd 2 7 lbs of protien and 3 bottles of alpha t1 hasn't came cs said it shipped im like guess what I have tracking nummber it was initiated n never shipped. She's like well do u wanna wate or refund I said refund its a 360 dollar bill with 2 day shipping let's see if I get my money back. DON'T NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered 3 bottles of myonox on 26 july 2012 and have received them 31 july 2012.
Here in the green isle of Ireland.

I'm not sure what this company exists for.
I initially placed a $300 order, received a shipping notification (with a tracking link that didn't work) and waited. And waited. And waited.
After three weeks, I called to find my shipment and was told it must have been lost by DHL. Instead of replacing the order, they said they could only refund my money, which I did without a problem
I hoped it was a one-time mistake, so I placed the order again. On the 9th day (despite 4-7 day shipping), I called to find out where it was (because I'd been provided another dead tracking link). I was informed that because the weight would have been too much, so they'd cancelled the order and refunded my money - but had never informed me of this.
Taking my business elsewhere. Let's hope my experience improves somewhere else!
