My appointment was for 8 PM to pick up a load from Niagara Water Stockton, 10 miles away. I left at 8:16 PM with a load of 44,235 lbs and got to Unified Stockton at 8:33 PM. The security said that I was past 8:30 PM and I tried to explain that my load was ready until 8:16 PM, but he didn't care and didn't make any effort to even try to see if they could unload me.

Update my address
Yes I called today to update my address on file cuz I haven't received my 1099 tax form this year yet and they told me to call you to update it so they they could do that but y'all would have to update it first first of all the agent that spoke with I couldn't understand her I had to repeat myself two or three times I don't know if she was Indian descent or what but I could not understand her and I asked for a supervisor and they said there wasn't a supervisor there so I like to speak to somebody that can speak clear English so I can understand and they can understand me and it was just something simple that I needed to update my address and she had me on hold for a long time and when you're dealing with the public do you have to be able to speak clearly so each other can understand each other so we can solve the problem and I still didn't get any results I didn't get my address address updated at all and I don't know what I'm going to do now cuz I can't do my taxes without that form so if someone can call me and talk to me and I can understand him they can understand me and we can solve this problem I've been with super value for 5 years I retired 5 years ago so thank you very much
Update my new address
Yes I called today to update my new address and the agent that I spoke to with today man I could not understand her she had a real hard accent like an Indian incense and I had to repeat myself two or three times and I told her could I even talk to a supervisor cuz I couldn't understand her and she did it said no with no supervisor so anyway a simple call just want to update my my address because I have not received my 1099 tax form for this year and they told me they could not send me a duplicate until y'all update my address in the system and that's all I was calling for but y'all need to get people that can speak clearly in English and understand that we don't have to tell repeat ourself to it three times and it makes it real confusing you know it just makes the call hard so that's all I got to say I just wish that somebody from your office call and see if they get solved this problem for me real easy thank you again don't change your address or you'll go through what I'm going through

No follow up
Very hard to get a hold of anyone. The number ending in 7088 and hats listed on the site is invalid. Im trying to get a hold of someone to talk about my deceased fathers retirement and having to go through this makes everything that much more difficult.

I went to my local SuperValu in Greenville, Mississippi this previous Friday to grocery shop. Most products and goods are good, but I opened a box of popcorn that I have gotten on the same day and I had a feeling to check the expiration date. This box of popcorn expired September of last year and the staff didn't throw it away for nearly 5 months, and I'm upset that I was ready to fix a bag, and it's passed its expiration date.

Cub foods at Rochester Minnesota has lost three employees recently one has been there 30 years I believe it’s due to change in management the other two have been there a long time to very good workers very friendly it is A terrible thing to happen to lose such good employees this has just happened in the last two weeks the store directors name is Joe Thompson as a customer I have heard multiple complaints about him The way he treats his staff That is in Rochester Minnesota

Olympiasns Mckeesport pa 15132 cashiers and stock employees stand around blast rap music down the aisles talk about getting drunk and dating each other i will not shop here again i will go to Giant Eagle this happened on Fri 3/23/18 in the evening hours.

He started yelling at me. Saying He don't have time to do any up. He needs to leave at one o'clock. Saw the owner yell at a worker.
Think it was the owner He was dress up. No one was wherein hats and gloves in the meat room or in there kitchen. Had to get my mom some food for lunch.
Food was cold. When I got it.
