DEFECTIVE TELEVISION

Horrible product/customer service...13" TV worked for less than 5 minutes before going crazy with various colors and erratic behavior. I was told to send the unit back to the company, which will cost $45. Their manual states, "If TV behaves abnormally, turn off immediately." Sounds like they have a known defect but continues to see the product hoping they can take advantage of the mere 90 day warranty!!!

My supersonic is not working I am not getting no stations it been like this for over 24 hours

The chic that answers the phone is a defiant-bitch when someone wants their money back, because their adapter they sold gets fire-risk hot, and they simply want to swindle ya into buying different charging adapter tips, when all we want is our *** money back. And, now they aren't responding with my return tracking #. That *** needs to be tied up, and beat the *** out of by another female till she's near dead. That would teach her a life long lesson ! Don't *** with consumer's money, or their time and patience !
