Fraudulent charges
Someone has gotten a hold of my credit card and is using my information to buy their service. This has been happening for a year and some months.
I did not know about it until I got a notification through another service, so I'm trying to reach out to you guys to stop any further charges to my account.
However, no one calls me back and I can't get any answers. This is definitely a fraudulent company.

Fraudulent charges on my account. I didn’t even know your company existed until I was seeing this reoccurring charge from you which raked to 500 dollars. Please close this account and never use again
I had a company called Rocket Money reach out to cancel the subscription taken out in my name and they never responded. I looked them up online to try and call but the call just disconnects.
I have come to the conclusion that this company is a scam.
I have lost 600 dollars to this scam which I cannot afford as I am a middle school teacher assistant who is about to retire. I need every penny I earn to go towards necessities.
Someone used my information to open an account and, I guess, it's a phone bill. I don't even know what your company does, so now I have to go through all of this to stop them from continuing to take money out of my account without my authorization, because I didn't authorize it. Please close down the account under this email.

The last message i sent out only delivered to half of my list, what was the point of paying for this service if its going to end up just like instagram, where no one sees my posts. Now ive spent years acquiring this text list and it barely works, super disappointing.
