I bought two watches from them, before christmas. Both watches came damaged. I emailed them and got a automatic email back saying they would back to me on the first business day. They did not, l, emailed, them again and they still did not return my email. So l called them. They did not return my phone call. I'm stuck with two broken watches. MY ADVICE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY!!!!! They will, rip you off.

The issue was resolved to my satisfaction. They handled it very well after they finally contacted me.

I would still be careful about ordering from them, however I would be willing to at least try one more time. I'm learning to give people the benefit of the doubt.

I used a coupon code through BradsDeals back in December. It gave me free shipping a few bucks off the necklace. It took about 7 days from order to my front door to receive. It looked like the picture and I wore it every single day, showering, sleeping, etc. It's February and a few days ago I bent over and the necklace fell off. The chain had broken. The diamond and pendent itself looks fine. I am not sure I would have been able to fix the chain because it was so small. I talked to a customer service rep asking if they are able to replace the chain because in their warranty the diamonds are covered but it didn't say anything else. She apologized that my necklace broke and said she would be sending out a replacement. That was yesterday. Today I got an email from the site with a DHL tracking with a 2-5 day ETA. I appreciate the good customer service. I haven't bought anything else from them but this necklace is quite pretty, I get compliments on it and the fact they asked no questions about how it broke was awesome. I would buy more from them.

I purchased a 1 carat wedding band set through SuperJeweler.com. The advertisment promised SI1-SI2 clarity for all diamonds. I was skeptical so I both called and emailed customer service and was reassured 100% that is what it would be and it would even come with a grading card stating so. I received a 1 carat wedding band set with a HUGE, clearly visible black carbon inclusion right on the face of the center stone. The side stones were severely included as well. I would have graded them all I3. The grading card graded it at SI3 which #1 isn't what I paid for, #2 isn't what I was promised over and over, and #3 wasn't what they advertised and sold me. SI3 isn't even a valid grade at reputable dealers. So I talked with customer service again who was so sorry that they sent me a ring that "I was not happy with." They would not accept that it was absolutely not the ring that they advertised and sold to me. I wanted this ring to work out so instead of taking the refund I wanted the exchange. Again I was told they would make it right and I was going to get a diamond hand picked BY THE COMPANY PRESIDENT to be SI1-SI2 as advertised!!!! Once through the return process they sent me a new ring. Guess what, the diamond hand picked to be SI1-SI2 from the company president still has eye visible inclusions! It was not a HUGE black carbon inclusion, but instead a HUGE white feather all the way across the crown. The accent diamonds were just as horrible as the first one. This one didn't even come with a grading card because they knew it wasn't SI1-SI2!! I took it to a jeweler for a second opinion and they graded it at I3. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!?? I asked for them to send me an SI1-SI2 ring like the had promised, but Customer service said there was nothing that they could do and would only offer me a refund. Which would be great except I just wanted the ring I was sold. I asked for a discount that would reflect the quality of the ring I received, they said no. I asked for an apology for putting me through the whole situation, they said they had already been nice enough. This is a company that survives solely on the hope that their customers will not notice they didn't get what they paid for. Then waste so much of their time back and forth that they give up and just accept the poor quality rather than deal with them any further. The president of the company knowingly and willingly sent me a severely included diamond after knowing this whole situation. What does that tell you about the company. The kicker is they still have this piece up on their website advertised as SI1-SI2 even after I asked for them to change it to reflect the actual grade.

Recently purchased Halo 14K 1.25 carat two tone engagement ring through this company. Had excellent customer service and the piece is absolutely gorgeous! Took it to local jeweler for appraisal and was shocked to learn how much I saved. Will continue to shop through them as the quality is fantastic and their pieces are truly beautiful! Love this jeweler!!!! It was a clearance item so I was not able to get another one, but they were all gone. *sigh*

Zero customer service

I bought an Octavius men's watch, and was sent the wrong model. Not only that, but the one they sent me was damaged.

I sent three emails detailing order number, correct model number and model number for the one I was sent. I got the automated "we'll get right back to you" email right away, but no further response. It's been about 6 weeks since my first email.

ZERO customer service! What does it take to get a response from this company?

I brought a Octavis watch that has a blue face and received one free with a tan face in which both are nice and keep good time. I don't understand how people can complain about a low price watch that looks nice or if they have a problem with after 6 months it's not like it's a $200 watch' I wear these watches just to kick around in looks great and keeps good time too

I rns 1carat blue topaz and diamond chip's mans ring in 10k gold. My ring is stunning. The cut on the center stone has a diamond shape in the middle of the stone so that appears there is a dark blue stone surrounded by a light blue background. This is the 3rd or 4th item I have purchased and I am completely satisfied with all of them. I have a guarantee that says if for ANY reason I am unhappy just return the item for refund. No only has Super Jeweler not resolved my issues, but I now have another one about a gold Fleur des Leis ring with diamonds that I bought from there. They do NOTHING to help you resolve your problem and their employees are rude and unhelpful. I will NEVER buy anything from Super Jeweler again, have posted what happened on my Facebook page, and mark them as spam when they send me coupons to order more from them.

I bought a pair of 14k Gold Peridot half carat earrings. I got them in a reasonable amount of time. The earring studs looked fine, but when I tried to take the backs off, they were on so tight I had to really pull to get them off of the stud posts. The rim of the backs were so sharp on both pairs of earrings that they cut my fingers. I tried to put them back on the stud posts, but they were so tight, I couldn't get them back on because of my fingers sliding with blood. I'm not sure what SuperJeweler would do about this. The earrings are dangerous and not safe to try to wear again. Kathy Leary Austin, Texas

I order from super jeweler a lot and it may be helpful for you to know that most of their stud earing backs are screw back, not pop ons like traditional earings. I hope ypur fingers are alright :(

Thank you for your comment, Anonymous. I double checked my earrings and they are screw back.

Knowing that helps a lot, but the edges of the backs are still really thin and sharp.

I have worked with Super Jeweler (as I also order a lot from them) and we have come up with a solution to the backs.

They stated they could have shipping by Christmas. It showed up January 5th. After all that it was broken. The clasp was lying beside the bracelet in the box. Let me be clear, this was not damaged in transit. It was packaged like this. Shipped it back and it was lost in the mail. They refused to refund me because Canada Post said they never had the item. I spent over 15 hours on the phone and both companies claim it's not their problem. What a joke. They told me twice that they would refund me and I'd wait and wait and never see it. I'd call them back and they would back pedal that they were actually not authorized to give me my money back. Worst company in history.

I paid on my credit card $269 for a diamond ring for my wife. She absolutely adored it. Only when I went to the post office to pick it up, I seen an extra cost of $44 to pick it up. DHL the shipping company Super Jeweler uses put a $10 fee on this item plus an extra $34 tax charge. Wow is the only word I can say. Now my wife is out a ring , my credit card is out $269 until I get it refunded weeks from now. I have paid thousands of dollars from Super Jeweler & this is how they repay me as a customer.
